章 175: Chapter 175 Meeting
Back in City B, the moonlight illuminated the once vibrant and prosperous city, now dull and desolute. There was once many buildings in the city, both large and small, but now there was only brown, arid soil in which the scent of death still linguered.....and near the center of the city, is a beautiful mansion surrounded by a translucent golden barrier. The [Holy Territory] was still recovering from Colin's attack and the outer barrier has yet to be reformed, so everyone was staying inside the inner barrier, as close to the mansion as possible. Inside the core room, the room that held the [Holy Core], a large golden egg like object with bizarre runes all over it, cracked and out of it came was a young woman with glowing golden eyes, beautiful, angelic wings and flowing blonde hair.

"Finally, I evolved into a tier 4." Synthia said and exhaled loudly
"I guess that only leaves me huh." Sera said and handed her a glass of water which Synthia happily gulps down.
"Thanks." Synthia said and handed her back the glass.
"We should go upstairs and tell the others, they also want to discuss something with us." Sera said and both girls started ascending the stairs towards the floor directly above the core room. This was the floor that her room was on as well as that of the other Angels, above this floor was the rooms of the saints. All of them gathered in Mr. Zieks room, ready to discuss important matters pertaining to their future.
"It seems that you have finally managed to evolve Synthia, congratulations." Mr. Ziek congratulated and she smiled before taking her seat. In the center of the room was a small table and a four chairs, one for each of the Angels.
"I guess that just leaves you huh Sera." Castiel teased and Sera glared at him while Me. Ziek just sighed
"I called all of you here to discuss our future. We already agreed to expand the [Holy Territory] to envelop the entire city and strengthen it even more, but their is another matter we need to discuss as well, growing our overall fighting power. I think it's time we consider turning a few of the Angels into Angels as well." Mr. Ziek said and they all had a contemplative look on their faces.
"That makes sense, but how exactly do we choose who to turn? It's not like we could turn everyone, I mean we could, but still." Castiel said and the others seemed to agree as well.
"We will choose a few of our most trusted saints and priests to turn, but keep the numbers at five or below, anymore than that and we might have a cue on our hands. Well, I guess we can just have them make a [Heavenly Pact] with us, so that won't happen. We can start once Sera has also evolved." Mr. Ziek said and the others agreed.
"There is something else we need to discuss as well, we are running low on food. Water isn't an issue since I can make it, but food is becoming an issue. I propose we go out and hunt demonic beasts, we can use holy energy to purify the meat so it is safe for consumption." Sera said
"I think that's a good idea, also, we still have those seeds and plants that we stacked up on before this apocalypse started. So once we expand the [Holy Territory] to cover the entire city, we can dedicate an area to growing plants." Synthia said and the others agreed
"Oh yeah, I was also thinking of giving Colin something for helping us, and since Sera told us he has created his own house, i was thinking of giving him some of the seeds we have." Synthia said and Castiel rolled his eyes
"Synthia, I'm starting to think that you actually like this Demon." Castiel said and Synthia glared at him
"Colin is my friend, and incase you forgot, he saved all of our lives, including yours. Besides, demons and who knows what else will start rising from the underworld and having atleast one Demon house that doesn't want to rip us to pieces is a good thing." Synthia said and Castiel snorted
"I think that's a good idea, you can give them to him in the morning. Also give this back to him, I don't want it." Mr. Ziek said and Dracos Black's diary appeared in his hand and Synthia took it from him.
"I'll deliver them in the morning." Synthia said

On the floor above them.....
'This is good, perfect even. I can simply get someone to bring those seeds or whatever to that Demon and have him stay in the forest for a few days. Then I'll just have to convince that guy, Castiel to help me kill Colin. Once he's gone, no one will care anymore and even Synthia won't do anything about it. And even better yet, if I play my cards right, that Castiel guy might even turn me into an Angel and then all I have to do is get a few of the other ones to help, and we can finally get rid of these asshole Angels and I'll be able to rule this place once and for all.' Kyle thought gleefully as he listened in on the conversation going on downstairs. With his affinity, he is able to pick up sound waves no matter how low they are and he could even hear frequencies that no ordinary person would be able to hear.
