Draymond stared in disbelief at his wife's departing figure, still stunned. The elevator door was about to close, so he quickly extended his hand and stepped out to keep it from closing completely.
He heard the murmurs of his employees.
"Did you see that? Sir had company in the elevator, and it's so unusual."
"Maybe it's just a coincidence."
"There's no such thing as coincidence with sir. If he knew there was someone, he wouldn't have gone in. If I were in that situation and ended up in the elevator with sir, I wouldn't go in even if it meant being late."
Draymond glanced at them and gave them a piercing look. The female staff members suddenly fell silent and lowered their heads.
Draymond just shook his head and headed towards where the employees of Elegance Era had gathered.
Zarina's coworkers looked at him, and with only a few steps between them, Zarina hurriedly walked to join them.
