"Speak! This is the Black Snake's ship, what is the highest-ranking alchemist like you doing here?" Violet demanded to know. 

"Nothing! I went on the fishing trip!" Aurelius responded.

"With the pirates?" She didn't believe him.

"So what?! Are you prejudiced?! Even pirates like to eat fish," the alchemist was stubborn.

"He is right, we like fish…" Galen felt the need to defend. Not all the pirates are the same. "But I know a liar when I see one… And this one is rotten to the core."

Even if he was intimidated by their threats right now, he was still one of the strongest alchemists on the land. It wasn't easy to open his mouth unless he wanted to. 

"Alright, I'm proposing another deal…" Violet decided. "If you tell me the truth, I will exchange it with the secret about the pufferfish and its poison."
