Floating over a knocked-out 8-tails jinchuriki, Shinshiki Otsutsuki had impaled Killer Bee with his black receiver rods, disrupting Bee's chakra and lessening his ability to fight.
Stretching out his left hand and opening his palm, he willed his karma to absorb the chakra of the tailed beast and its jinchuriki.
Red chakra began to emanate from Bee's body and was subsequently drawn into Shinshiki's karma.
He had brazenly entered the village of the Raikage and quite easily found the 8-tails jinchuriki, as he had done with all the other jinchuriki. Without the means to erase their chakra signature and with a massive amount of chakra, they were practically walking stars in the dark.
And he put Killer Bee and the tailed beast in a potent genjutsu while absorbing the chakra from them.
"I am going to cultivate a ten tails, along with the genetic information of these beasts. This would be a true feast," he declared a sinister smile emerged on his face.
He could sense some people rushing over to the place he had been absorbing chakra. He knew they were not going to make this easy at all because, unlike the other villages, the Hidden Cloud cared about their jinchuuriki.
"Heh." After four hours, they were finally sending people to find their hero, Killer Bee, their Jinchuuriki.
Though they would only find an exhausted Killer Bee, and no trace of anyone other than him at all.
Shinshiki had accomplished his objective, and now he had no reason to stay and fight pointlessly with these Shinobi.
Leaving with his Origami Replacement, he opened a portal to another dimension, his own dimension.
Every Otsutsuki who had consumed a Chakra Fruit would have their own dimension with their own coordinates, granting them access to other planets within that dimension, yes that's right.
He had unlocked access to that dimension when his Karma decompression hit 40%.
His plan was to plant the Chakra Seed in the most powerful planet he could find within that dimension and consume the Chakra Fruit containing all the genetic information of the planet's inhabitants.
Initially, his plan for the Chakra Seed was to plant it on Earth and cultivate there, but he changed his mind when he considered the idea of releasing Kaguya.
Once she was released, all his efforts would be in vain anyway, as she would have access to all the chakra without needing a Chakra Fruit.
It was as if the planet itself had chosen her as the goddess governs over it, which could also be true in a way.
Looking at the incomplete seed in his hand, he added the last ingredient, the chakra of the Eight Tails. The seed floated out of his hand and began to glow brightly for a few seconds before falling back into his hand.
With small roots at the bottom and grayish-brown leaf-like appendages covering its red insides, the chakra seed had undergone a transformation.
He activated his Byakugan and began searching for planets with a space curvature of fifteen, which would put the planet one step ahead of Earth.
While he did spot some planets with space curvature ranging from seven to ten, he couldn't find any with a curvature of fifteen as he had hoped.
After a day of searching through the dimension, his eyes lit up with excitement when he spotted a small planet. While it was a medium-level planet, it had an abundance of energy flowing through it.
Zooming in for a closer look, he observed humans wearing unique haori with the word "Destroy" on the back.
They were locked in battle with strange creatures possessing incredible regeneration abilities and strength beyond that of humans.
The planet had a space curvature of 9, making it an ideal candidate for planting his Juubi.
This would grant him access to the genetic information of all beings that lived and died on the planet, including the remarkable regenerative abilities of those strange creatures.
Zooming through space at his fastest speed, he reached the planet in just a few minutes. His entry into the atmosphere resembled a glowing meteor, a harbinger of destruction that threatened all life on the planet.
Coming to a halt just before hitting the ground and carefully absorbing the momentum to avoid damaging his precious seedbed, he activated his Byakugan once more. It revealed to him that this world was far more advanced than the Shinobi world.
He observed a peculiar black box inside a house, playing what the Shinobi world referred to as "movies." However, they didn't possess such black boxes in his previous knowledge.
The humans on this planet didn't seem to possess chakra, which Shinshiki considered a good thing. Mortals shouldn't have access to chakra, and the Shinobi world was, in his view, a mistake originating from Kaguya.
Although these humans didn't have chakra, they seemed to possess a different form of energy that granted them unique abilities.
Some could see through people with a level of detail similar to the Byakugan's X-ray vision, while others had inhuman physical prowess that allowed them to defeat the creatures they fought against, who they seem to fight only during the night.
Surveying the lush forest around him, brimming with vibrant life in the form of trees, flowers, and animals, Shinshiki determined that this location was suitable for his chakra seed to thrive and eventually develop into a Juubi.
He understood the process: the seed needed to consume life to grow, transform into a Juubi, and then required an Otsutsuki sacrifice to become a Shinju and produce a chakra fruit.
While the memories of Urashiki provided Shinshiki with certain insights and knowledge, he couldn't help but feel a mix of frustration and relief that Urashiki had never fully utilized his abilities.
On one hand, it was vexing that he didn't make the most of his powers, but on the other hand, it was this very restraint that allowed Shinshiki to exist in the first place.
Shinshiki carefully placed the chakra seed on the ground and moved away, hovering above it as he observed the process.
The chakra seed's roots gradually plunged into the forest ground, it began absorbing the life force from around its surroundings, a crucial step in its transformation into a Juubi.
He watched as the chakra seed slowly but surely sprouted a red rippled eye with six tomoe inside it, resembling a Rinnegan.
This marked the transformation from a chakra seed into a Juubi. As the process continued, the chakra seed began absorbing life force even faster.
The seed grew, splitting into eleven parts, all connected at the middle. The ten outer parts started taking shape as tails, while the middle part formed the body. Although still small, it was undeniably a Juubi in the making.
"So you've finally come to life, my dear Juubi! Hehehe...hahahahah!" His jubilant yet sinister laughter echoed through the now desolate forest.
The Juubi had grown to the size of a tailed beast and let out a mighty roar, bringing forth a small windstorm, opening its jaws wide as it attempted to consume him.
However, he swiftly evaded its grasp, overcome with joy at the success of his hardwork of a year.
"I shall wait here for you to mature. I have already given Zetsu a good plan to unseal Kaguya, and if all goes well, she will be released by the time I return. Then, I shall bring you a treat, and he goes by the name of Isshiki Otsutsuki."
He chuckled lowly as he imagined the expression on Isshiki's face when he would be thrown into the Juubi's mouth as a sacrifice.
