Jacob was totally bewildered with Joanna's sudden change from mood. One minute she was mad at him, the next she was quiet. He wondered if it was it something he said?

He pulled her close to him as though he could absorb her worries. Ever since he met Anna, He's been wanting to protect her like he had Charlotte. Or did he decieve himself into thinking he was protecting Charlotte from his brother?

'We're here.' Anna tugs unto his jacket and he looked at her. 'What's on your mind?'

'Nothing.' He trailed ahead. In the parkinglot, there the classmates stood by the bus.

'There they are!' Someone called.

'Aww, we definently missed something, didn't we?' Levi chuckled and the rest of the class dissolved into a gale of laughter.
