During their captivity in the Fortress of Solitude, H'el conducted extensive experiments on the Flash.
He also infused a portion of his psychic power into the Flash's body.
Later, when the Flash was rescued by the Martian Manhunter and deceived by Jor-El, who used his Speed Force to stimulate the Absorption Cells of Jor-El's Amazo Body, allowing Jor-El to use his Speed Force to connect and stimulate his cells, thus enabling him to move.
As a result, a portion of the psychic power within the Flash's body remained, while another portion entered Jor-El's Amazo body along with the Speed Force.
This enabled H'el to lock onto the Flash's location.
The unique nature of his psychic power, combined with the Flash's Speed Force, allowed H'el to track the space-time and travel through time to find the Flash's trail.
"What have you done to me, H'el!" Jor-El clutched his heart, his face contorted in pain, as he knelt on the ground, an uncontrollable force of heart palpitations, as if his heart were being ripped apart from the roots.
His body began to lose control, with every atom stimulated by the Speed Force trembling and bursting with primal power.
"You're not worth of what I've done to you," H'el's booming voice echoed mercilessly in Jor-El's mind.
The psychic power deeply embedded within Jor-El's body began to detach itself.
Within Jor-El's kneeling body, the psychic power rapidly carried with it a faint trace of the Speed Force, and the yellow electric arcs of the Speed Force were drawn out, forming a vague outline of H'el above Jor-El's head.
In the blink of an eye, this portion of psychic power, carrying the Speed Force, formed a space-time tunnel, and H'el, already a translucent figure, disappeared into it, traversing through.
This portion of psychic power returned to H'el's body, traversing through time and space with the coordinates of the Flash, heading back to the past Krypton.
H'el's figure vanished above Jor-El's head.
"Ahhhhh!!"
Jor-El gasped for air, his eyes white with fear, his gray amazo body sweating profusely from every pore, and a large number of cells dying within his body, turning into formless liquid and oozing out.
The stimulation of the Speed Force, the connection, and the awakening of the powerful absorption cells, now being drawn out, the instinctive absorption cells began to form their own magnetic field of connection, undergoing a powerful division and proliferation, restoring them to the state controlled by Jor-El.
In just a moment, Jor-El's white eyes returned to normal, revealing anger and hatred.
"H'el!!!"
Jor-El climbed up from the damp ground, gasping for air, veins bulging in his neck, his face contorted in a roar of fury.
In that moment just now, he had no idea what had happened; he was completely controlled, teetering on the edge of life and death.
He didn't believe H'el's words, "You're not worth what I've done to you."
He knew he was H'el's greatest enemy. Given the chance, H'el would surely kill him and Kal, seizing the complete Codex.
He must have run into trouble, which is why he didn't bother to kill him.
"You will die, you will definitely die at Kal's hands!!!" Jor-El gritted his teeth, fists clenched, nails digging deep into his palms, his face contorted with veins, his righteous and fierce countenance twisted with rage.
His bloodshot eyes looked in the direction of his son, and from the circular flat parallel universe space on the ceiling flowed immense energy.
"It's not enough!! It's not enough!! Kal has even greater potential!!! H'el, I want you dead!!!" Jor-El's chest heaved with anger as he breathed heavily.

*Bang!*
Batman slowly retracted the M9 pistol in his hand to his waist, his face expressionless as he looked at the young boy in front of him.
His marksmanship was precise, without any mistakes.
In the split second when the Flash turned his head, he fired, accurately shooting the young boy in the temple.
The bullet pierced the young boy's temple, creating a blood hole, penetrating his brain. Blood flowed gently, and his eyes lay lifeless on the ground, still looking towards the classmates playing on the playground.
It seemed that even at the moment of death, he still wanted to join his classmates in playing.
On the playground, the sound of the gunshot startled the playing students, and some students who saw the boy's death screamed in fear.
In a moment of realization, the Flash snapped out of his fatigue from searching for H'el earlier, turned to Batman, and his mouth fell open.
"Batman, why..."
The Flash opened his mouth, his eyes shimmering with disbelief.
No matter what, he never imagined Batman would kill, let alone kill a child.
His actions were clean and decisive, without a hint of hesitation.
He wanted to say something, to suggest there might be a better solution, that they could change the boy's fate trajectory, thereby leading to the resurrection of Justice League members. But his lips moved, and nothing came out.
But could this really ensure they wouldn't be plunged into an even more tragic fate?
It seemed that killing his younger self was the best choice after all.
But making the Flash kill someone was an extremely difficult task, to the point of being nearly impossible. His kind-hearted nature wouldn't allow him to harm others, let alone kill a young boy who currently only dreamed of playing with his classmates.
Batman knew this, which is why he took matters into his own hands.
No superhero would willingly become a monster and kill a young boy.
Not even Batman.
Someone had to become the monster.
If someone had to be sacrificed.
Why couldn't it be him.

"Ahhh!!!"
Arcs of intense electricity began to flicker in the Flash's eyes, and massive amounts of information flooded his brain. Erratic yellow arcs surged around his body.
The Flash clutched his head with both hands, his eyes wide open, and knelt on the ground, screaming in agony.
"What's wrong with you, Flash?" Batman hurriedly walked to the Flash's side, along with Luthor and Black Adam, looking at the Flash.
The yellow arcs continued to surround the Flash, preventing the others from getting too close, and the Flash's agonizing screams didn't stop.
But as quickly as they appeared, they disappeared, and the yellow arcs dissipated.
The Flash's body quickly returned to normal. He lifted his head, his face filled with shock and fear. "It's not over yet!"
*Rumble...*
The sky seemed to darken ominously, emitting a terrifying aura.
This area seemed to be isolated, and everything around it turned into black and white like a photograph.
A terrifying figure slowly emerged from the spacetime.
