章 12: Chapter 12 : A shirtless wonder

I cough to clear my throat and have to try very hard to drag my eyes off Logan’s shirtless torso. Logan turns to face me and he smiles a little.

“Hey, you grab everything on the list?” Logan asks, ignoring my earlier outburst when I saw his bare chest.

“Yep,” I say, still trying to calm myself. I lift the bags containing the parts to show him.

“Great, thanks. How is the shop looking?” Logan asks as he takes the bag from me. He sets them on the ladder in the room and takes pieces out, organizing everything and making sure it is all there.

“Still amazing,” I tell him with a growing smile. I watch his back muscles move as he sorts through the bag. I bite my lip then realize I am awkwardly standing behind him, staring at him. “Daniel was very sweet, as usual, and very helpful. He saved me from a very uncomfortable interaction with his daughter.”

Logan laughs and nods his head. “Yeah, Jessica can be a lot.”
