Although Carlos and George were not her grandchildren, Karen treated them as her grandchildren!

Gloria smiled, "Grandma, take care of yourself. We will come to see you often."
Karen shook her head, "I wish you were here every day, but your work is more important. I'm glad you'll spend the night here, and I have slept enough."
