After leading him to the washroom, Grace left, which made Arthur sigh in relief.

Maybe it was because he wasn't the real Arthur, he didn't have any feeling that a son should have for his mother. Although he called her mother a few moments ago, it was done to make her feel better because when he saw her, she wasn't just exhausted due to helping him, there was a deep look of pain in her eyes.
