He recognized her immediately.

Shikera was in the operation theatre so the only person who looked like her and could be walking around right now was Elizabeth... Jordan.

"Hi," she greeted, a small smirk tugging at the corner of her lips.

"Who let you in?" Raymond asked, ignoring her greeting.

"Your boss."

"Not Ethan," he said, his words sounding more like a question than a statement.

"Except you have another boss besides him," Elizabeth shrugged. "Do you?"

"You have to leave," Raymond stated. He knew he should probably let her see Ethan but that would only cause more harm than necessary, with the latter in his current state.

Ethan had handled the matter with Elizabeth and her mother all by himself, disappearing for a few weeks. No one had actually expected either of the mother and daughter to be alive at the moment but seeing her here...it meant Ethan had truly spared them.
