"You still won't say anything?"

Shikera rose up from the bed when she heard the strange question from Ethan. At first, she thought he was talking to someone on the phone and curiosity at who he was speaking to with such a soft tone, had made her look up. However, she realized there was no phone or any device on him and he was staring straight at her.

"Are you talking to me?"

"No, your shadow, Shikera Anderson," he replied.

Shikera laughed out loud. Even though his reply was not that funny, it was enough to lighten up her previously dampened mood.

"What was the question?" she asked, in between bouts of laughter.

Confused on why she was laughing so hard, Ethan raised his brows at her.

"You won't still say anything?" he repeated his question.
