I almost became dizzy as Ethan's cologne slapped me so hard I could have fallen onto my knees. It tickled every single inch of my skin that I felt like I could shake my body out to take that terribly irresistible sensation away. 

His coy smile made my heart skip a beat as he stood tall then went over to Malia to kiss her cheeks in greeting. She looked up to him the way all of us looked up to him, like he was different. Something about him had changed in the few days I had last seen him and that was what made him look even more handsome. 

He was clean shaven, leaving the beard I had grown to love for the past two months alone and allowing us all to marvel at his perfectly sculpted jaw. At a point I started to wonder why I even loved the beard, he looked like heaven without it.
