These three energies were the fundamental pillars of magic and its branches. To be a true mage was to control and wield these energies.

Obviously, just like essence and qi, these three energies existed in different variants and possessed different gradings of quality.

For example, the mana Orion had was Dragon Mana and was near the top of the naturally created mana types.

As implied, there were two types of formed mages energies, natural and crafted. Most often, crafted energies were miles above natural ones.

It made sense, after all. What if one could specifically create a type of mana that was fundamentally attuned with their souls and bodies or even be perfectly in tune with a certain law they were studying?
