He suddenly reached out, poked it, and laughed, "Yo, what happened? Which woman was so fierce as to leave such a deep mark? Could it be your so-called true love? I didn't see that coming, quite intense!"

Howard's face darkened, and he abruptly swatted Rusell's hand away, rising from the couch in one swift movement.
