As more giant flying ants fearlessly plunged into the engine's intake, the fan's rotation slowed drastically.
The airborne carrier, lacking power, began a rapid descent.
In the carrier's command center, Fury sensed the impending disaster and urgently alerted everyone, "Attention, the carrier is going down!"
...
General Ross witnessed SHIELD's carrier being brought down by Christopher's forces and was stunned into action. "Attack!"
Fearing losing the opportunity to harvest serum from Christopher if SHIELD fell, he swiftly issued commands: "General's orders, attack!"
"The general's orders, attack!"
"The general's orders, attack!"
...
Ross's directives spread swiftly through all three military branches.
Aircraft of all types launched from carriers, warships armed their cannons and steamed towards the battlefield where SHIELD and Christopher clashed.
Meanwhile, ground forces mobilized—tanks, armored vehicles, troop transports—all moving with purpose.
...
"Natasha, General Ross's forces are en route and will arrive in ten minutes," Alita informed urgently.
"Orders! Mobile fortress and submarine units, intercept General Ross's navy!"
"Orders! Deploy 50,000 lizard troops to engage General Ross's ground forces!"
"Orders! Half of the flying ant swarm and half of the flying fortresses, engage General Ross's air fleet!" Natasha commanded swiftly.
With these orders given, SHIELD's carrier was on the brink of collapse.
The carrier crashed.
It felt like the end of the world.
The ground trembled, smoke billowed, and casualties mounted among those onboard, many falling to the impact.
In the carrier's command center, Fury rallied his shaken personnel, "Focus all efforts on eliminating Christopher! Killing him secures our victory!"
"Giant, what about those monsters? Aren't we going to deal with them?" Hill asked urgently.
"Don't worry about the monsters. There are too many of them, and we can't eliminate them all quickly. Even if we could, SHIELD would suffer heavy casualties. Our priority is to take down Christopher first. Once he's out of the picture, the monsters will retreat," Fury replied decisively.
The super soldiers dispatched by Fury had already come face to face with Christopher.
"Kill him! Kill him! Kill him!" the Super soldiers chanted in unison. They raised their weapons upon sighting Christopher and charged with fierce determination.
Each Super soldier wielded a large shield in their left hand and a massive hammer in their right, their imposing figures advancing steadily.
Against this onslaught, Christopher remained undaunted.
He led his robots into the fray.
Da da da...
The robots unleashed a barrage of fire.
The Super soldiers reacted swiftly, using their shields to deflect and absorb the missile strikes, only yielding ground.
Christopher bellowed and charged forward. Christopher collided head-on with the Super soldiers.
Those in the front bore the brunt of his impact, spitting blood upon being struck, while those behind remained poised.
With a swift motion, Christopher tore through their defenses, seizing a soldier by the neck and hurling him forcefully to the ground.
There was a resounding crash.
The soldier fell lifeless.
Turning swiftly, Christopher swept aside another soldier who lunged at him.
A dull thud echoed.
One Super soldier leaped high, wielding his enormous hammer, and brought it crashing down on Christopher's back.
Christopher spewed blood where he stood.
He hadn't anticipated SHIELD's Super soldier to be so formidable—stronger than Dr Connors lizard form and only slightly less powerful than Abomination. Even with all his might, Christopher couldn't overcome the Super soldier's defenses completely.
Despite the blood, Christopher wasn't gravely injured. Within moments, his internal wounds began to heal. His resilience was astounding.
Turning swiftly, Christopher seized the attacking Super soldier by the shoulder with his left hand, clenched his right fist, and hammered blow after blow into the Super soldier's midsection.
Christopher's final punch pierced through the Super soldier's abdomen.
The brawl between Christopher and the group of Super soldiers was brutal, raw, flesh against flesh.
...
General Ross exhibited strategic acumen. Ordering three armies into action, he opted to observe from a distance through a telescope, having coordinated with his senior staff to act independently.
This approach prevented remote command interference from Christopher impersonations.
Seeing the flying ant colony and mobile fortresses splitting to engage his air force, General Ross knew Christopher had long detected his presence.
The die was cast. There was no turning back.
If Christopher survived, peace would remain elusive.
General Ross's air force clashed head-on with Christopher's aerial might, including armed helicopters, fighters, and bombers, unleashing full firepower.
However, Christopher's superior mobile fortress, bristling with long-range weaponry and a vast swarm of giant flying ants, decisively outgunned Ross's forces.
Heavy machine guns, artillery, missiles... Both sides unleashed relentless fire.
The mobile fortress's firepower was overwhelming; one fortress equaled the firepower of ten armed helicopters.
General Ross's air force was decimated, falling from the sky in flames.
Christopher's mobile fortress suffered losses too, with the vast flying ant colony plummeting in droves.
The sheer density and size of the ants ensured deadly accuracy when aimed.
...
At sea, General Ross's navy confronted Christopher's speedboat and submarine fortresses.
While Ross's fleet boasted formidable firepower, their slower speed hampered effective engagement.
Christopher's speedboat fortress, though less sturdy, proved nimble and powerful, supported by the submarine fortress, which effectively suppressed the navy.
Fortress after fortress exploded. Warship after warship sank.
The battle was a harrowing spectacle of destruction.
...
On land, General Ross's army encountered Christopher's lizard army. It was a massacre in the making.
The lizards moved swiftly, striking with lethal force, their formidable recovery rendering conventional weapons ineffective. Even cannon fire only slowed them momentarily if their heads remained intact.
Desperately, the army fought back, but the lizard army surged through their ranks without mercy.
The lizards slashed with their claws, tore with their jaws, and whipped with their tails, decimating the elite force without a chance to retaliate.
