章 50: 50: Back To Human
Christopher swiftly stepped forward, catching Helen just before she collapsed to the ground.
Startled, Helen lost consciousness.
Initially, Christopher considered pinching her to rouse her, but suddenly another idea struck him. With resolve, Christopher scooped up Helen and headed back.
"Christopher, hold on!" Dr. Lizard's urgent voice halted him. "I have a potion to awaken her. Just let her inhale the fumes, and she'll come to."
"No need," Christopher replied, carrying Helen to his room without a backward glance.
He gently laid her on the bed. After administering the necessary care,
Helen stirred, gradually regaining consciousness.
Feeling something in her mouth, she instinctively sucked it in. As she opened her eyes, she was startled to find Christopher kissing her.
His hand rested on her chest, intermittently applying pressure.
Using all her strength, she pushed Christopher away, her face flushed with embarrassment. "What are you doing?"
"Relax Dr. Lizard scared you so badly. You didn't had a pulse or breathe, so I performed chest compressions and artificial respiration that's all"
"You must be kidding me!" Helen exclaimed, her anger evident. "Performing artificial respiration and chest compressions—how dare you! You're just taking advantage of me."
"Well there isn't anything much to take advantage of anyway," Christopher declared gazing at Helen's chest.
"You..," Helen huffed, turning her head away.
Christopher changed the subject, saying, "Okay, don't be upset. Since you're awake now, come with me and say hello to Dr. Lizard! After all, you'll have to collaborate with him on research in the future."
Helen's angry face turned pale upon hearing Christopher mention Dr. Lizard.
"I-I don't want to see him, he looks too scary," she timidly admitted.
"It's okay, I'm here! Don't be afraid," Christopher reassured her.
But Helen shook her head and timidly.
Christopher walked over and hugged Helen with both hands. "Ah! What are you doing!" she exclaimed in panic.
"I don't have time to waste on you," Christopher declared.
"Just put me down, and I'll go see him," Helen said angrily. It was her first time being hugged by a guy, and she felt nervous, a little excited, and a little sweet and a lot of anger. In short, it was a very strange feeling.

In the living room, Dr. Lizard was chatting happily with Dr. Octopus and Dr. Hank. Their evil smiles greeted Christopher as he descended the stairs with Helen in his arms.
Helen, feeling overwhelmed by the attention, buried her head in Christopher's arms, unable to face the others.
"Dr. Helen, are your feet injured?" Dr. Octopus joked playfully.
Dr. Hank chimed in, nodding seriously. "It must be, otherwise she wouldn't let Christopher carry her."
"Dr. Helen, I have medicine for bruises. I'll fetch it for you now," Dr. Lizard offered, rising from his seat and exiting the room.
Christopher felt the urge to strangle Dr. Lizard. Couldn't he see what was going on? Was he really that oblivious to Christopher's attempts to impress Helen?
Helen struggled in Christopher's arms, pleading, "Christopher, put me down."
Helpless, Christopher reluctantly lowered Helen to the ground. Dr. Lizard, seeing Helen standing, returned and exclaimed, "Ah, you're alright!"
Despite the presence of others, Helen remained somewhat apprehensive of Dr. Lizard. Clutching Christopher's arm, her voice quivered slightly as she greeted him.
"Hello, Dr. Lizard, I'm Helen. Christopher mentioned that the lizard DNA serum you developed is incredibly potent and has remarkable regenerative capabilities. My own research on regeneration differs slightly from yours, so I hope we can collaborate more in the future."
Dr. Lizard was delighted to meet a fellow scientist and eagerly extended his hand to shake Helen's.
But when Helen caught sight of Dr. Lizard's claws, she recoiled in fear, seeking refuge behind Christopher.
With a wry smile, Christopher shook his head. "Dr. Lizard, couldn't you use the antidote to revert to a normal appearance?"
Narcissistically, Dr. Lizard looked down at his bulky frame. "I look fantastic like this! Powerful, energetic, much better than an ordinary person."
"Dr. Lizard, perhaps you should consider returning to a human form. Dr. Helen is feeling uneasy," Doctor Octopus suggested.
"Fine," Dr. Lizard conceded, retrieving a bottle of medicine from his person and injecting it into himself.
He winced in pain several times as his body gradually shrank back to its original size.
Previously, Dr. Lizard's imposing figure had a certain allure despite his tattered clothes. However, in his restored human form, his ragged attire, unkempt hair, and weary countenance made him appear destitute.
In his weakened state, Dr. Lizard turned to Helen. "Now you're not afraid of me anymore."
"No, I'm not," Helen replied happily.
"Helen, you might want to avoid the small forest on the island," Christopher cautioned.
"Why?" Helen inquired.
"Because Dr. Lizard has tens of thousands of lizards there," Christopher explained.
"Oh! That's a lot," Helen exclaimed.
"Don't worry, my children are well-behaved. They won't harm humans without my command," Dr. Lizard reassured her.
"That's a relief," Helen sighed, patting her chest.
"To celebrate Dr. Lizard joining our team, I'll ask Optimus Prime to fetch some food. Later, we'll have a barbecue on the beach and celebrate," Christopher announced.
"Sounds good, count me in," Doctor Octopus agreed first. Dr. Lizard was his friend, and it was only fitting to extend hospitality on his first visit.
On the private island, several armors flew out. Some went to the city to procure food, some delved into the sea to gather seafood, and others set up barbecue equipment on the beach.

Meanwhile, at Stark Industries, Iron Man Tony meticulously analyzed Christopher's supercomputer. Utilizing it he attempted to upgrade Jarvis multiple times.
Each time, Tony believed Jarvis to be the pinnacle of intelligent systems, only to be thwarted when attempting to penetrate Optimus Prime's system, leaving him puzzled. He was determined to uncover just how advanced Optimus Prime's intelligence truly was.
