Because Shen Yuan's injury was broadcast all over the country, the number of friends, business partners, acquaintances, and strangers who are trying their luck to forge a relationship with the S-Class omega extended their well-wishes. Flowers, fruits, and all other typical gifts to patients flowed in a steady stream in the hospital.

It even came to a point where some of the hospital staff had a misconception that they had a patient from overseas who belonged to royalty. 

Well, with the amount of fanfare, it's not that hard to think that way, and it's bound to persist, especially when the receiver of the gifts isn't saying anything and remains low profile.

Shen Yuan temporarily closed his doors to non-family members for the time being because he would like to focus on soothing the shaken emotions of his family.
