章 901: Introduce yourselves [2/2]

"Pleased to meet you Zanele Soldat. I am Juno, leader of the Awakened. Looking forward to working with you. The Awakened are one of many the factions of the Reborn. Each of my brood needs about a Phantom's worth of malice per week.

"The malice we got from Zach, Herman and Carlos would last us about a month. Many of my sisters have already evolved into Vithriss. So, we would need require more. As it stands, we could theoretically house the malice of a thousand Specters and still be okay."

I somehow got an inkling that they would have changed appearances. And just knowing would not have had prepared me on what to expect. Much like Reapers, the Awakened use the malice for their needs but require large amounts of them to evolve. 

Since the amount from the three Specters were substantial, their evolution was practically guaranteed. But more than their appearances, the hairs in my body tingled from just being in the same room as them.
