章 192: Chapter 190: Whimpering Girl - 'No, I Don't Want To'

"Besides, I'm not using your appearance. No, not yours—I'm using Cherie's form. See? Don't I look just like Cherie right now?" Jon argued nonsensically.

"Hmph," Alessa scoffed, too exasperated to continue the argument. She simply went silent.

Jon did have other choices, of course. He could have used another familiar face that fit the criteria. But he quickly dismissed the idea—it would be weird and wrong to involve someone so close in a plan like this, even as a joke. So, instead, he used the appearance of Alessa.

At that moment, Flash Bore arrived at his mansion, fishing out his keys to unlock the door.

Just then, he heard the sound of a girl sobbing.

He turned around quickly, eyes widening. Sure enough, there was a young girl, dressed in purple, with a beautiful face and long, dark hair, walking toward him while wiping tears from her eyes—utterly pitiful.

Seeing the girl, a wicked thought flashed through Flash Bore's mind. He quickly glanced around to ensure no one was watching, then approached her.

"Hey there, little girl, why are you here all by yourself? Where are your parents? Grandpa can take you home if you like."

Flash Bore tried to put on a kindly expression, but the lecherous glint in his eyes was unmistakable.

However, the disguised Jon feigned ignorance, rubbing his eyes and looking at Flash Bore with wide, innocent eyes. "Really? Grandpa, will you really take me home?"

"My house is... is... wahh, I forgot the name of the street again!" The young girl's face scrunched up in frustration, tears welling up again.

Her crying only fueled Flash Bore's depravity, and he quickly said, "No problem, no problem! Look, that house over there is mine. Why don't you come with me first, and I'll help you get in touch with your parents?"

"Really?" The young girl's eyes lit up, only to dim again in hesitation. "But... Mama said I shouldn't follow strangers..."

After a moment, the girl seemed to think of something. "My name is Alessa!" she said.

Flash Bore was slightly taken aback before smiling, "I'm Bore."

"See? Now we're not strangers anymore! Let's go!" the girl said cheerfully.

Meanwhile, inside Jon, Alessa was practically fuming. She was the Nightmare of Silent Hill, a demon—and here Jon was using her appearance to play innocent.

To make matters worse, Jon had just claimed to be using Cherie's appearance, and then turned around and introduced herself as Alessa. It was beyond frustrating.

Flash Bore led the young girl into his home, directing her to sit on the living room couch while he headed to the kitchen.

"Want some juice?" Flash Bore asked.

"I want milk!" the girl replied without hesitation.

Bore didn't mind—after all, in his mind, this girl was already his to claim.

"Oh, of course!" Bore said, taking some milk out of the fridge and pouring it into a glass.

Meanwhile, Jon, still in disguise, looked around and noticed a shelf filled with ceramic figurines—ornate and finely crafted. They must have been quite expensive.

Bore glanced over, seeing her eyes on the figurines. He smiled. "Those figurines are part of my collection. Took me a lot of effort, and quite a bit of money. Spent most of my retirement savings on those."

The girl's eyes sparkled mischievously. "Can I take a closer look?" she asked.

"Of course. Just be careful—they're very fragile," Bore replied.

The young girl stepped up to the shelf, gently touching one of the figurines before her lips curled into a smirk.

With a slight push—

Crash!

The entire shelf tipped over, and all the figurines on it shattered as they hit the ground.

Flash Bore turned and froze at the sight. He stood there, stunned, the glass of milk slipping from his hand and smashing on the floor. But compared to his destroyed collection, the broken glass was worthless.

"Wahhh! I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to!" The girl looked devastated, tears streaming down her face as she sobbed.

Flash Bore stood there, unmoving, his emotions a tangled mess.

He had thought he'd struck gold—a chance to satisfy his twisted cravings. But now, he realized he'd made a massive loss. Who could have predicted that this innocent-looking girl would destroy years of his cherished collection in an instant?

"All those figurines cost me a fortune! Now tell me, how do you plan to make up for this?!" Bore shouted angrily, dropping his kindly facade.

"Wahhh, I said it wasn't on purpose! Why are you yelling at me? You're a bad man—I don't want to talk to you anymore!" the girl cried out, turning and running toward the door.

But the next moment, Bore vanished, reappearing in front of her with a lecherous grin. "Heh heh heh, where do you think you're going? You haven't made it up to me yet!"

He grabbed the girl and started dragging her toward the bedroom.

"Wahhh! No, no! I don't want to!"

Inside Jon, Alessa was furious. "Why don't you just kill him already? Why all this nonsense?" she growled.

"Can't do that. This guy's slippery. The moment he senses something wrong, he'll run, and finding him again won't be easy. I need him to lower his guard," Jon explained.

At that moment, Bore activated his power, teleporting both himself and the girl into the bedroom.

"Heh heh heh, now, it's time for you to properly make up for what you did!" Bore said, his grin widening.

But just then, the young girl's voice changed, morphing into a low, gravelly tone. "Oh, it's time all right—time for you to pay for your sins."

The girl's body began to shift, growing taller, transforming into an adult figure. Flames engulfed her as her appearance changed into that of a burning skeleton.
