The Merchant Association is a continent-wide organization just like the mercenary guild. It connects people from all over the land, of different nations and of different races, into one web of connections that spreads throughout the nations and even faraway islands.

As a result of its long history and broad range of activity, it naturally had many branches and departments. Even if there weren't as many of them as the Mercenary Guild's contact points, one could still find one place connected to the Merchant Association in each region.

Ian's group aimed for the closest branch, which happened to be two cities away from where they were. It didn't take long for them to arrive at their destination. 

"He might not look like what's portrayed on the bounty, but we're 100% sure it's him. He's changed his appearance to escape the hunters and guards."
