“Erm… I mean…” Orion stuttered.
“It’s alright. The grownups are going to blame us for their mistakes anyway. We’re used to that already,” Tan cut himself short, shook his head, and sighed.
“Alright… You’re not in the wrong there.” Suddenly, the maiden conclusion was different. Tan turned toward her instantly.
“How did you change your mind so easily?”
“D.W.O. does not create evil things,” she replied solemnly. Tan stood still and listened. He breathed in and out slowly.
“I thought so too. This place should encourage us to walk on a righteous path,” he said. His eyes expressed gratitude for the goddess’ words. Tan looked away and grinned. “Gotcha…” he mumbled to himself.
“Young man…” The voice calling for him caused Tan to turn back abruptly.
“Yes, ma’am…”
