When their "battle" ended, Li Chenmo cleaned up the battlefield as usual and bathed his wife. After they changed into their clothes, the two reappeared in the cabin. 

At this moment, Li Chenmo looked refreshed with smiles on his face, while Lu Jueyu lay asleep on the inner side of the bed with her cheeks flushed.

Not long after he unlocked the cabin and draped a thin blanket over his wife, Father Li and Dong Li returned.

As they entered, Father Li eyed his son and guessed that his third daughter-in-law might have done something to coax him. He took his seat and asked with raised brows, "Have you calmed down?"

Clearing his throat, Li Chenmo nodded with a grin, "Mhmm."

Dong Li glanced at his father's satisfied expression, then at his sleeping mother, and couldn't help feeling sorry for her. It must be exhausting to deal with someone as clingy as his father.
