Jason heard the shriek and didn't know what to think about it but there was no doubt that was the sound of a zombie.

He knew he didn't have much time to react and it was coming in Dimitris' direction.

He didn't perceive anything out of the ordinary as his radar didn't pick up the evolved zombies moving and unfortunately for Jason.

The radar didn't pick up the zombies that the evolved had turned as it registered them as normal zombies unless he used the scanning feature of his map but the cooldown would make it impossible to use for the rest of the day.

Jason had to choose because there was no telling if Carl and Co suffered the same fate.

Chronos informed Jason, Jason was confused about what he meant by this considering his map isn't reading anything but what the fuck did Chronos mean by that?
