It was in a small city with a few houses around but these houses were barely in order.

Most looked like they would collapse if the wind blew but this was all about the exterior design but the atmosphere was hostile. People were smoking and simply doing depraved stuff in the open, it looked like a lawless land but this was what one would expect from a den of criminals.
