I woke up the next day, the sunlight filtering through the curtains casting a warm glow into our lodging room. 

The drowsiness from the long day we had yesterday clung to my mind, but I shook it off, preparing myself for the day ahead.

The conversation with Elias and Owl lingered in my thoughts. 

The Transcendental Version of the Fire Spells and the distinction between my replicated spells and the genuine powers from Nexus stirred my curiosity. 

"Sigh, what a day…" I breathed out exasperatedly even though I just opened my eyes.

It was disheartening to realize that the one spell that proved most useful and I always used was merely a replicated version in the grand scheme of things.
