Laughter echoed in the desolate expanse of the desert as the rhythmic chant of the folk song reverberated in the air. Midas listened to their invitation while shaking his head, not even looking back, his voice tinged with amusement as he said, "I'm not going to join you guys in singing these weird nursery rhymes…"

"They're not nursery rhymes. They're folk songs and they help us pass the time."

With a wry smile, Midas rolled his eyes, saying, "It's only been 15 minutes. I cannot believe you guys are that bored already."

"Nothing is happening though…" came another voice behind Midas and Midas wanted to chuckle coldly, silently musing, 'If something was happening, you all would be shitting your pants right now!'
