章 47: Chapter 47 The Tragic "Clown" Buggy

"Go to hell, Straw Hat!"
"You've sealed your fate!"
The fierce pirates, brandishing their swords and even firearms, advanced menacingly toward Luffy, their eyes brimming with malice. One by one, they leaped from the pirate ship, ready for combat.
But Luffy was unfazed. He sprang into action, his elastic potential energy gathering in his limbs. With a swift motion, he flung his arms back and unleashed a rapid barrage of punches, akin to a machine gun.
"Bang, bang, bang..." The fists rained down from the sky, striking the pirates with incredible force. One of the notorious pirates was sent hurtling through the air, completely defenseless against Luffy's assault.
As the pirates collapsed under the onslaught, the atmosphere was charged with tension. They were shocked by the straw-hat-wearing intruder's power and his audacity in challenging them.
The pirate ship's captain, the red-nosed clown Buggy, stared in disbelief. He had expected to easily quell this defiant foe, but now he found himself confronted by a formidable opponent.
Luffy's gaze remained locked onto Buggy on the ship. He recognized him and called out, "Hey, big red nose!"
Infuriated, Buggy interrupted, "Who are you calling a big red nose, you brat! I'll—"
Luffy cut him off with his familiar laughter. Buggy's reaction had confirmed his suspicions. "I knew it!"
Buggy's eyes widened, a mixture of confusion and recognition crossing his face.
"I'm Monkey D. Luffy, the man who's gonna be the Pirate King!" Luffy proclaimed proudly, gripping his straw hat.
"You little...!" Buggy's rage flared. He clenched his fists, his expression a blend of hatred and surprise. "You... You're that brat!"
"Yo Xi~!"
Luffy's response seemed to hit a nerve with Buggy, enraging him further.
"Fear apart, escape urgently!" Buggy ordered, realizing the impending danger.
But Luffy didn't give him the chance to regroup. In a swift movement, Luffy dashed toward Buggy with astonishing speed, leaving him no time to react.
"Shave!"
Luffy's agility was extraordinary. He reached Buggy in an instant, his rubbery arms launching a rocket-like punch.
"Boom!!"
The impact was thunderous. Buggy's body was sent hurtling through the air, his eyes wide with shock and disbelief. He had underestimated Luffy's strength, and the consequences were dire.
"I'll return!!"
As Buggy's voice faded, he disappeared into the sky, defeated and humiliated.
"Captain Buggy—"
The Buggy Pirates' shock was palpable as they watched their formidable captain being launched into the sky. The invincible figure they had revered had been taken down with remarkable ease.
Meanwhile, Luffy's exuberance shifted to a different concern. His ravenous hunger emerged, overpowering the adrenaline of battle. He clutched his stomach, his expression turning from determined to famished. "Guess I'm really hungry after all!"
His energy had vanished, and his demeanor now contrasted sharply with his earlier display of power.
Observing this from a distance, Nami marveled, "So that's the ship of the Buggy Pirates... Captain Buggy has a bounty of 15 million Berries, and he's infamous for his ruthlessness."
Alan, holding the monitor, grinned. "It seems Luffy's on that ship."
Zoro, leaning against the mast, offered a wry smile. "Looks like we won't need to wait for the next battle."
Nami, ever the opportunist, considered the potential gains. "With a bounty like that, the ship must be loaded with treasure, right?"
As the sloop neared the pirate ship, the pirates who had been "subdued" by Luffy took note of the approaching vessel. Alarm rippled among them as they realized that their captor might be rescued.
"It's them, Alan and the others..."
Luffy, amid his frantic devouring of food, suddenly recognized his companions approaching. He leaped excitedly to the edge of the boat, waving vigorously. "Alan, Nami, Zoro, you're here!"
Zoro chuckled, his gaze fixed on Luffy. "This guy gets invited aboard their ship..."
Nami, her eyes gleaming, formulated a plan. "The next battle might be unnecessary. We could simply ambush them."
