Cardan listened to everything intently so that he could catch anything he could use to his favour.

Soon after Martin invited them over for a little celebration organised by the students but he turned them down since Wren still needed a few things replaced in her apartment.

They arrived at the furniture building and to his surprise Wren spent a lot more time there then he'd expected they would.

She bought, well Cardan paid for everything since he didn't allow her to use her money. It was a new couch, curtins and TV appliances.

Cardan watched Wren for a while as she walked through the isles.

"Are you thinking about our future home together?" Cardan asked her based on observation.

Wren didn't try to deny it "Do you have an issue with that muffin?" she instead returned the question.
