Leroy Rhodes saw himself as a negotiator, and was utterly confident in this role.
He strode towards the back mountain, heading towards Eternal City.
"Mr. Eternal," Leroy Rhodes greeted, with a slight bow.
Surprised, Mr. Eternal was taken aback. Until now, Leroy was the only person who had greeted him.
"Yes?" Mr. Eternal raised an eyebrow.
"Mr. Eternal, the fact that you've expressed interest in negotiating a peace accord with us, the Southern Province, shows that you don't want to prolong this battle any further. Or perhaps, you still have a fondness for the Southern Province." Leroy said, smiling.
At this suggestion, Mr. Eternal almost burst into laughter.
Fond of the Southern Province? Had this man lost his mind?
Mr. Eternal remained silent, indicating for him to continue.
