Basically this story is like an alternate history or alternate universe itself. Imagine this - you are reborn in another world where everything's an AU, a parallel world itself and there are different versions of the historical figures (Why not also have an OCs too?) For example, that world's Jose Rizal is alive. He's a doctor here and one of the ministers. There's no Katipunan. While there are plenty much to see here for this AU Philippines story, I think author should create or use more OCs whenever possible because it is an AU story itself and that the geopolitical climate there is highly and likely different.

To say the novel is good tho i agree that OC's should be utilized as it is quite confusing how Jose Rizal is still a cannon event, the butterfly effect should take into effect as what the other review has said, overall it is a joy to read writing is good and the chapters are long and wouldn't end in a cliffhanger the world building is excellent especially historical flows was explained well enough to grasp in previous chapters.
