The development process of Elena's mini world was still ongoing. But still various main regions of the world were still almost ready. And currently three such regions were seeing a lot of traffic. One was a residential area in the form of a super large city. This city was created by Elena herself as a little demonstration about what types of cities she wanted in her mini world. But the model was just too good to just throw away after a single use so it became the first complete city in Elena's mini world.
