"Mr Jalil Rheema a known business man for his diligence and generosity, he had a heart disease that he normally goes on check up after six month to make his condition stable, his health wellbeing was usually diagnosed in in Kaduna and the last time he went there,it happened to be that Mr Sultan was there in the same hospital.

"Comon doctor everything will be fine ,I hardly break any rules you gave concerning my drugs or diets . But anyway, I will still try and be extra careful, so goodbye I'll see you next time" the gentle old man with soft brown eyes and grey hair said to the doctor sitting opposite him

"Sure,please take your drugs on time" said the doctor
