章 67: A New Beginning For Him

It was several long hours, no one knew how many seconds, minutes, days, or weeks had passed yet the day kept changing.

Inside a dark cave with a water body at the center was a girl with black hair sitting by the side of the pool with her eyes fixed on the body floating lifelessly in the water.

Her red eyes glimmered brightly that they could be seen though it was dark. She would occasionally grimace and then look at the sky above through a small hole in the wall. 

"It's been months. If you don't wake up tonight, tomorrow I will throw your body into the furnace and let it burn to ashes," she said in a cold voice and then stood up and left.

An hour after she left, the water began to stir and bubbles began to form around the body. After this brief occurrence, everything returned to normal.
