Chapter 49: Naruto Reunion
Sasuke, realizing it was time to share the revelation about their parents, looked at Naruto with a serious expression and kicked his shin. Naruto held his knee in pain and yelled, "What the fuck, that hurt!" Sasuke sternly said, "Get serious. I have something important to discuss with you."
Inside Sasuke's dimension, everyone watched the interaction between the two friends. Yasaka remarked, "They truly have a strong bond." Kushina chimed in, "My Naruto is so handsome. I should find him a girlfriend." Mikoto added, "It's clear that our sons hold each other in high regard."
Back in the real world, Sasuke and Naruto sat on the edge of a cliff. Sasuke began, "I won't be living in this world anymore." Naruto's eyes widened as he asked, "Why? Everyone misses you."
Sasuke sighed and replied, "I can't return to Konoha, Naruto. I am still a rogue shinobi and it's no longer my home or the home of the Uchiha." Naruto's expression turned downcast as he muttered, "I guess you found your precious people."
Sasuke looked ahead and smiled, "Yes, in this new world, I've found them. I want to protect them and be with them forever."
Naruto playfully retorted, "Since when do you speak such mushy stuff?" He then added, "I guess I can't change your mind. Everyone believes you're dead, and I suppose the Sasuke Uchiha of this world is no more."
Sasuke then revealed, "Actually, I revived my parents." Naruto choked on his words and exclaimed, "Seriously? That's so cool, you know. You can be with your family." However, his eyes turned a little dull.
Sasuke asked, "Do you ever wish your parents were here with you?" Naruto awkwardly replied, "You're the only one who understands me. The loneliness, it sucks, you know. I've made plenty of friends and gained the village's trust. I guess I'm being selfish, but I wish they hadn't sacrificed themselves to save me."
Suddenly, Naruto felt someone embrace him from behind. The woman spoke softly, "My Naru, I'm sorry for not being with you for 19 years."
Naruto's senses heightened, but then calmed down as he felt a strong connection. He turned around and saw a woman with red hair embracing him. Tears welled up in her eyes as she gently held his face with her hand. She spoke with a hint of sadness, "I have failed as a mother. You had to endure so much suffering. I'm sorry."
Recognizing the person before him, Naruto felt his eyes moisten. He weakly uttered, "Mom, is that really you?" Kushina nodded happily and replied, "Yes, your father and I are back alive. If you want, we can be a family together."
Unable to control his emotions any longer, Naruto tightly hugged his mother. He repeated the word "Mom" over and over, fearing that this might be a dream. Then, he felt a hand on his shoulder and saw his father, Minato. They embraced, forming a complete family. Naruto felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude for being able to be with his parents forever.
In that moment, they all held each other tightly, experiencing a joyous and tearful reunion. Naruto, once an orphan who had lost his parents and endured the village's rejection, had gained their recognition and found happiness. Now, he had finally obtained something he had never had before—a loving family.
Sasuke stood a little away, giving Kushina, Minato, and Naruto their own space for their reunion. Standing next to him were Yasaka and Amaterasu. Yasaka was crying and hugged Sasuke tightly, saying softly, "This is such a touching reunion." Sasuke gently patted her head, looking at Naruto and feeling glad that he had revived his parents.
Amaterasu spoke up, "Naruto's entire aura is very peaceful. He radiates positivity. You have such a great friend, Sasuke. I have never seen someone so pure, even compared to Gabriel."
Sasuke chuckled, knowing it was true that Naruto was very unique, where he just by talking he could guide them to right path.
Embracing Amaterasu from behind, Sasuke saw her blush and whispered, "You don't need to be shy. We will be together forever." He then playfully blew into her ear, making her squirm a little.
Sasuke let go and smiled at her before looking at his family. He said, "Now let's go visit Konoha." Shisui chimed in, "Yeah, I'm hungry." Everyone voiced their agreement.
Finally, Naruto approached Sasuke and said, "Thank you." He looked around at Sasuke's family and the new people. Sasuke replied, "It's the least I could do. We will be visiting Konoha, but we'll be in disguise. Your parents can tell you about their living conditions later."
Naruto nodded and sighed, saying, "I guess it's good that you'll be disguised. And you'll still visit this world, right?" Sasuke thought for a moment and responded, "Actually, where your parents are going to live, there will be a teleportation point between the worlds. So both our moms can visit each other anytime. You can come to my world through there."
Naruto's eyes lit up, and he exclaimed, "I can go to another world!" Sasuke rolled his eyes at Naruto's excitement but was also intrigued, thinking to himself, 'What if Naruto participates in the God's Summit? Well, it's something to consider.'
Naruto then looked at the two beautiful women beside Sasuke and asked, "So which one is your girlfriend?" Sasuke replied, "Both."
Naruto's eyes widened and he exclaimed, "You're not joking, right?" Sasuke's expression turned serious as he gestured towards the blonde-haired woman, saying, "This is Yasaka," and then towards the black-haired woman, he added, "And this is Amaterasu."
Naruto yelled in disbelief, "What?! How? Since the academy, your emo self had so many fangirls!" Sasuke rolled his eyes and replied, "Yeah, but they were annoying." His expression softened as he continued, "Yasaka helped me emotionally when I arrived in their world, and Amaterasu aided me in reviving our parents."
Naruto, a little annoyed that he was still single, happily said, "Thank you, Amaterasu, for bringing my parents back. It's the greatest wish I could ever have." Amaterasu replied, "You're welcome. It was Sasuke's suggestion, and I just aided him with my divinity aligned towards it."
A/N: Naruto will have a decent amount of relevance in the story. Such as the toneri arc, God's summit arc etc.
