"Why did he do that? Grand Empress Dowager attempted to kill the Crown Prince twice," Jin Fengming stated. 

"No one can tell what is in my brother's mind. But Father said that the Crown Prince must have taken such a decision for some reason," Zhongshu replied and picked up the steamed bun to eat. 

"I heard that the Grand Empress Dowager spoke about the Crown Prince's mother," Cao Jun after taking a sip. 

"Yes, she did. However, no one focused on that," Zhongshu replied as he chewed the bun. "The Crown Prince has the plaque of the late former Emperor. Even though he's not of royal blood, but because he possesses the plaque, no one can raise a voice against him," he stated with a smile.
