Otis rubbed Edna's shoulder. "Please take Miss Violet out for a moment."

Edna nodded in understanding. She approached the woman who was prostrating before her master and led her away. However, Violet snapped her hand away and then ran back to Maxieno. The woman knelt and begged for the second time, but her master's face was already filled with disgust.

Edna dragged Violet a bit harder. The woman screamed to be released so Edna hugged her tighter. She then led the woman out of the castle.

"Miss Violet. Please understand. Lord Max is tired. If you want to talk to him, then come back tomorrow when you've calmed down."

The female dragon's eyes opened wide. Her crying stopped when she realized something. She turned to a human who was looking at her with a pitying expression. Both of the woman's hands then pushed Edna hard. The dragon's greater strength sent the girl flying very far.

"Ugh …"
