My bedroom was a complete and utter disaster.

Those rowdy individuals that they sent as a search party turned it upside down and made a mess of it, but they did not bother to fix what they had made of the situation after they had messed it up.

After making a mess in my room, they left it in the same condition as though they had found it in that state, and then they returned to express their dissatisfaction with the situation.

My bed was moved to the side, and my clothes were flung against the farthest corners of the walls. My drawer was emptied out and thrown to the ground, and the rest of the room, including the curtains, was left in a shambles, as though it had been frequented by burglars rather than a search party.

Search party with no manners.
