A/N: My bad, I accidentally put Necromancy at basic when it should have been intermediate. His Necromancy spells are all Intermediate level not Basic.
I was breathing heavily as I lay on the floor from exhaustion. Scattered across me were corpses of hundreds of wights, skeletons, zombies and even some vampires and lords. (A/N: For those who keep asking Wights are an actual type of undead, I use the ones from Heroes 3)
Even a Dread Knight, they had torn apart nearly a hundred skeleton demons before it was put down.
But I could not say it was not worth it after two lower-tier heroes of Necropolis. Clavious and Xsi, my army had levelled up a bunch and I also did. I levelled up 30 times even when sharing my experience with my army.
I also got several tier 2 spells from Xsi, those being:
{View Earth - Earth} An earth spell allowing me to sense things from the perspective of the ground. If it's on the ground I can see it as long as it's in a 5-kilometre range.
{Fire Wall - Fire} self explanitory. It created a wall of flame.
{Weakness - Water} It weakened the enemy's strength.
{Blind - Fire} Quite brutal, it cursed the eyes of the target, causing immense pain and discomfort while leaving them blind.
The artefacts weren't as good. That's not to say they are bad. Just not really things that were quite geared toward me.
A charm of mana that increased my CE regeneration by 10%, a black shard of the dead knight which Alpha took a liking to that raised his strength by a whopping 30%. A ring of health that increased max HP by 10% which Alpha took and also dragon bone greaves which increased Int and Wis by 10% he also took.
Honestly. I am not so sure of my survival chances against Alpha if we fought now but that was good.
I am a Necromancer. A commander, a general, a KING of the dead. Why would I be angry about having a completely loyal warrior capable of kicking ass under me?
If I decided to sic alpha on the Gregory peerage right now they would get slaughtered. Alpha was a tank and a half. If he weren't flame weak I would have him beat that chicken's ass.
Also, a day has passed already, and I have taken care of Kiba's training already. Which was more of me beating Kiba's ass to the ground to show him his weaknesses.
I had him fight a dozen Death Knights for his actual training. And also had him actually innovate with his sword creation instead of using it in the most mundane ways possible.
Also, now I can create Necropolis undead thanks to the cards dropped by the Heroes. Though the skeletons and zombies aren't very useful but Wraiths definitely are. The ability to drain mana is not to be underestimated.
Also, I got a new perk from my necromancer class due to being both over level 50 and losing over 500 undead.

Undying army bitch. In an unfair fight, there are only a few high-class beings that can take me on. I could be kilometres away while they are tussling with muscle Alpha as I continue to revive him and my archer pelt them with a generous helping of arrows and my mages carpet bomb them.
As long as the body of the undead stays intact so does the soul. Also, with the new high-rank souls I got from the Heroes, I finally got the spell dark gift from the Grimoire and completed it. And completing the grimoire gave me a rather special quest.

[Harem Lord]
Girls are naturally more accepting of being in your harem. Often overlooking or not minding you flirting with other girls or that you are already in a relationship.
Pretty good for a Trait. This should help my rapidly complicating love life slowly mend itself. Of course, I am going for a harem I am in DxD for fucks sake. Doing otherwise would be like going to a strip club to drink some orange juice and do some homework. Immediately after I got the follow-up quest because of course I did.

[ Intermediate - Dark Gift ]
Allows you to bestow upon your chosen undead under your command one of your skills, Traits or spells.
Intermediate: Can only give 2 spells, skills or traits to any undead under your command. Cannot bestow abilities above Intermediate level.

Now, I could share my skills with my undead. Or traits. I spent the entire night tweaking my army as one would say.
Firstly, All of my Death Knights were given [Magic Resistant Physique] and [Intermediate Kenjutsu] . Approximately increasing their powers by 50%.
The Skeleton Demons got [Intermediate Taijutsu] and [Sturdy] . They are my disposable brute units and they were going to stay that way.
For Wiz... turns out I could actually give Wiz skills and traits too which surprised us both. But after deliberation, I gave her [Cursed Well] and [Spellcaster] .
For Alpha, I took a risk. I gave him [Cursed Energy Manipulation] and [Cursed Energy Enhancement] . I wanted to know if Alpha could actually use his curse energy and if he could he would be far more formidable.
And without my knowledge, this led to a beast of another level being born.
I wanted to see him in action later but that was later. The girls were waiting for me after all.
...
(---[3rd Person]---)
Rias stood in front of Akira, eager to demonstrate her powers to him and impress him.
She saw how he trained the others and how much more effective they had become. Especially Koneko, if she had to be honest she was a bit scared of the glint in Koneko's eyes whenever she used those fists.
She was thoroughly impressed but this would not do. She was the Heiress apparent of the Gremory clan, she was the one who needed to impress him.
"Alright Rias go ahead. Don't worry about the undead they aren't sentient." Akira had prepared some undead to test her powers of destruction on. She prided herself in her power of destruction passed down to her by her mother.
The undead were quite intimidating if she were to be honest. But regardless she called upon her bloodline power as her hair floated up with her black and red aura emerging.
She created a large ball of destruction and launched it toward the skeleton which was predictably annihilated almost instantly.
She looked over to see Akira nodding, clearly impressed. Which made her heart flutter slightly. She knew Akeno was getting close to him and so was Koneko so she wanted to prove herself even more.
He also made her shoot at different targets, even making her try and hit his skeleton thieves which was a very very hard task to do.
After they were done with testing and she was out of breath Akira nodded.
"I see it now. What you are lacking that is." Rias' eyes widened, she did not notice any problem when using her ability.
"And what's that?"
"You lack Finesse." She raised her eyebrow at that. She expected something like, speed, power, range along the line soft that. She didn't expect it to be... finesse of all things.
"Right, allow me to explain." He formed that blue translucent flame he usually used on his hands while she attentively listened.
He flung that cursed energy as he called it and it damaged a tree heavily. But that was definitely less than what he should be capable of.
"Rias, you play video games, right? Don't give me that look I know you do" He pointed out as she diverted her eyes. She didn't really want people to know she was a weeb with her being an Heiress and all. But she surmised Akira was different.
"...Yeah, I do, so what?" She said with a slight pout.
"Then this makes it easier. Imagine it like this." He reignited the flame in his hands.
"The way you use your ability is unrefined. You just send waves of destructive energy. And while that works it's not optimal." Rias' brows scrunched up a little as she tried to understand what he meant. True but she never really needed to use it any other way.
"Compare it to something like this. When attacking, instead of using a level 2 spell with your 1000mp you instead dump it into a 1st levels spell. Getting diminishing returns."
He threw the exact same ball but bigger, shattering the tree. And then next he created another flame again but this time compressed it further and refined its shape before shooting it like a bullet and piercing several trees.
Rias' eyes widened. She never really tried experimenting with her ability because she never felt the need to. The power of destruction was strong as it was. Perhaps even the strongest bloodline ability.
But this opened her eyes to what she could do with it.
"Teach me sensei!" Rias had really wanted to say something along those lines ever since watching those student-teacher animes and the cringe was worth it seeing Akira's face look like he had eaten a lemon.
"*Sigh* fine. I will play along Rias."
...
" Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ." Rias lay face down on the ground. Completely drained. She underestimated Akira and paid the price. He forced her to use her PoD for hours. Whenever she could not he forced her to drink his fluids-
Potions. She was forced to drink his potions.
But on the other hand, she was ecstatic when she managed to replicate the spirit pistol from Yugu Hapusho with Akira's help. Of course, it simply looked like it generally, it was still her PoD after all.
He made her practice spread shots, volleys, single shots until she was utterly spent.
Akira picked her tired body from the ground as she ground. But being carried so intimately made her feel warm and comfortable.
"C'mon don't be big baby. I promise I will make your favourite food to make it up to you alright?" Said stupidly handsome Akira as he saw her pout. She couldn't even maintain her pout while looking at his face so she looked away instead as he chuckled.
But without letting him see her face she smirked. And said in a tiny voice she knew he could hear.
"...Baka(stupid)..." Hearing this he giggled.
"Maybe, but I am a stupid you love." Her cheeks flushed red but she could not deny him. Suddenly she felt something cover eyes, they felt like sunglasses? Then she noticed, he had put his sunglasses over her eyes.
"Just stop pouting already and let's eat alright?" She proceeded to not say anything nodding instead. Just fixing the sunglasses on her face. And enjoying this moment of intimacy.
For some reason, she could not image her life without this warmth.
A/N: What did you think about this chapter and Akira's interaction with Rias? Also, Akira has big plans for Alpha. Your comments and suggestions are always welcome, they help me improve my writing and motivate me.
