Holding his pocket watch at eye level, Xander slowly walked across the hallway, the floorboards groaning under the weight of his boots. His eyes scanned every nook and cranny as he made his way past the reception counter.

The nervous innkeeper couldn't understand what was happening and called out to him. "Why would there be a portal here? You're clearly mistaken, young sir.
