章 374: Help is on the way

"It... It can't be... it was killed by a famous hunter called Lightbringer." Goblin stuttered.

"Yeah, right... like that wimp could have killed anything back then." Uriel replied with a scoff as he closed the door.

"Wait! He needs help, he's our friend!" Aster begged.

In order for Uriel's plan to work, he needed to keep both hunters alive, but they were making it realy difficult for him. Left with no choice Uriel opened the door again revealing the wounded figure of Clayton, all bloodied with a deep cut on his belly. Instead of rushing to help him, though, Uriel fired his revolver two times. One bullet hit Clayton right in between the eyes and the other on the chest.

"That should buy us some time." Uriel said as he closed the door.

Goblin and Aster couldn't believe his eyes, his already wounded friend was shot dead right in front of their eyes and they could do nothing to stop it.
