Leo's grip on the Inquisitors Blade tightened, and a metallic, agonizing breaking sound pierced the air. Cardinal Rossi watched in utter disbelief as the blade, renowned for its ability to cut through anything, shone brilliantly, as if it was resisting Leo's grasp. 

But against the overwhelming power of his grip, the blade ultimately yielded, shattering into pieces with a resounding bang.

Cardinal Rossi could only mutter the word "impossible" as the remnants of the once-mighty Inquisitors Blade fell to the ground. 

"You once told me you will be the one to shatter my pride. Here I am, still proud." Leo's mocking words, delivered with a chilling calmness, echoed through the chamber.

With an effortless display of strength, Leo seized Cardinal Rossi by the neck, lifting him off the ground as if he were weightless. With an almost casual brutality, he hurled the Cardinal toward the far wall of the underground chamber.
