Christine's POV

After my discussion with my dad, last night, my head has been messy. Up to now, I didn't believe that my father was capable of saying that to me, how can he casually tell me to abort my child as though it's normal?

I stood up from my swivel chair and headed inside my mini apartment and walked to the bar in the living room. I took a bottle of bourbon and a glass and sat on the stool in front of the bar and poured the liquor into the glass, then gulped it down my throat immediately.

If I had known that my dad would say such a thing, I wouldn't have told him that she was pregnant. I was thinking that he would understand my predicament as usual, but I was wrong this time, for wealth, my dad is ready to sacrifice his grandchild, it's absurd, right?

After a few minutes, I stood up to head back to my office when my phone began to ring, and the caller ID couldn't make me angrier than I am.
