And so, the streets of Regalia became flooded with grain traders, as well as merchants dealing with silks, jewels, spices and other commodities. And such momentous occasion had not only attracted the avaricious appetite of merchants, but also another breed of opportunists. Inevitably, the event warranted the City Watch under Lord Kursoe Baldwin to tighten up its grip of the city, otherwise chaos would reign over.
