章 52: Broken

Kaden heaved and panted as he used the dagger in his hand to chip away the health of the ash treants little by little. This should have originally been easy thanks to Umbra and Scrap but thanks to the horror mode difficulty, it was taking longer than usual.

Every mob at least had six to seven ash treants and they were all casting entangling roots at the same time. Kaden only barely managed to deal with the treants thanks to his buffed up stats and his gear.

But his luck changed for the better as after a couple of mobs, he finally hit Level 20 and he heard the familiar notification.

Ding! <Skill Obsidian Oath has been upgraded>

Kaden's grin widened. He did not pull another mob and first checked out the skill details. As expected it once again had increased its limit.
