Ning Yu sighed, "It seems you've been busy these days." 

"Missing me?" Li Na said, taking a bite of her chicken as she looked at Ning Yu with a teasing expression. "You know I'm always here for you, girl."

Ning Yu rolled her eyes. "Forget I even asked."

She decided to change the topic. "Oh, right. Have you heard from my Adonis?" 

"No," Li Na said. 

"What a wonderful friend you are. You don't even call him or text him."

"I called him."

Ning Yu looked at her with a raised brow. "You actually call the..." She was about to say something, but before she could finish, Li Na shoved a piece of chicken in her mouth as if to shut her up.

"Eat up, save the energy for class," Li Na said. 

Ning Yu looked at her in disbelief. She chewed the chicken and swallowed. She wanted to say more, but she decided to let it go. 

"Fine, fine. Let's drop it."
