Sun Yinghao could only rub her head gently, which rested on his chest. He hoped it would  calm her down. 

In the quiet hallway, the two of them looked picture-perfect. His tall and strong figure covered her small and delicate one. They stood there for a few minutes, oblivious to the time around them. 

The footsteps of a person broke the silence. "Sir, do you need any assistance..." 

Before the maid could finish her sentence, Sun Yinghao turned to her and put a finger over his lips, signaling her to be quiet. Seeing this, she bowed apologetically and backed away. He looked down and saw that Ning Yu had stopped moving. She was breathing lightly, with her head still resting on his chest. 

He shook his head slightly, feeling a mix of emotions. He bent down slightly and lifted her up in his arms, with a princess style carry. 

He said to the maid softly, "If anyone asks, tell them that she is with me."
