Once the Merman King appeared, he immediately became the center of attention.

It seemed like he was releasing his full pressure to show off his majesty as the king of the Merman Empire.

It was just that it didn't really work against Ariel or the former crown prince.

Both of them had different expressions when they looked at him.

The former crown prince had a look that was a mixture of pride and fear.

Ariel had a look on her face that seemed like she was tired of seeing the Merman King like this.

She even took it a step further by saying with a snort, "Why are you acting like this? Do you really think that anyone will be fooled if you act like this?"

A trace of bitterness appeared on the Merman King's lips, but he held himself back from saying anything to her. 

Instead, it was the Merman Queen who came forward to pull Ariel to the side.
