The triangular gable at the entrance of the school building extended forward, supported by four massive classical columns that stood two stories tall. At the center of the pediment was the relief of a lone mergoat raised on a pedestal that resembled a rising wave. Basking in the sunlight, the figure wears an ornate crown, brandishing a trident as if it were commanding the relief mermen that inhabited the remaining space on the structural element to attack.
Thrice the width of the entrance, the building stretched to its sides with the ends extending forward and back, forming its overall aerial view of a wide letter "H". The walkway in the front yard was paved with concrete like the rest of the structure, flanked on its sides by trees. And at the back of the building, a platform stood, facing the quadrangle. And like how the old building was decorated, the entire structure was whitewashed, reflecting a soft pearly glow under the sunlight.
