That conversation with Carol from the past suddenly replayed on my mind. Yes, she did try to make me a stimulant, but I asked her not to any longer. So how could this dreadful drug be the same as the one she was tweaking with some years ago.

Tyson's sadistic laugh forcefully drew me back to the present. "So you've remembered haven't you Silvia?" He asked, right on the money with that one. "Your mate Carol lost her wolf because of that drug she spent months tirelessly on, for your fucking sake." He spat out cynically.

Whether or not that was true or not was something that I'd find out for myself later. But as of now, subdueing Tyson was the most important thing.
