"Right, yeah...sorry again, I'll be more careful," He grinned apologetically, before narrowing his eyes at me slightly, "Wait...do I know you from somewhere? There's...something familiar about you..."

"No, I don't believe we've met. Now, then, if you'll excuse me," I responded, turning away and shifting my attention to Vella, "My apologies for having to get rough, my lady...are you hurt at all?"

"I'm fine, thanks to you," She shook her head with a smile. 

"Sorry if I scared you, kid. I should get going now," Remarked Theo, as he began walking away. 

Good, he didn't end up recognizing me. But that was too close...
